Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the Nu.Liv online store (www.nu-liv.com). They apply to sales to private consumers within the Republic of Cyprus.

2. Company Details

Sales are carried out by Nielsenbraeuer Consulting Limited, 15 Skaloupion, Pegeia 8560, Paphos, Cyprus.
Director: Friedrich Nielsen.

3. Formation of Contract

All product listings are invitations to purchase and do not constitute binding offers.
A binding contract is formed once you place an order via checkout and receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euro (€) and include Cypriot VAT (where applicable).

Payment is processed via Shopify Payments, including supported credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express) as well as PayPal where available.

Payment is charged at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are available only within Cyprus.

Delivery timelines are displayed on the product page and/or during checkout and form part of the contract.

For pre-order items, the stated delivery window reflects the expected arrival of the current shipment and subsequent local delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to shipping, customs clearance, or local logistics. Any updates will be communicated by email.

Once regular stock availability is established, our standard delivery timeframe within Cyprus is typically 7–14 working days from order confirmation.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Nielsenbraeuer Consulting Limited until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty rights under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable EU consumer protection rules apply.

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, except where mandatory law provides otherwise, including liability for injury to life, body, or health, and statutory consumer rights.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all contracts are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in Cyprus, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
