Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, email office@nu-liv.com with your order number and request.

2. Return Process

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the items, we will refund your payment using the same method you used at checkout.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

3. Exceptions

Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless defective.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
